As a professional content writer with a focus on ITES or BPM services, you will play a crucial role in creating compelling and audience-focused content for various platforms such as whitepapers, e-Books, Blogs, case studies, and thought leadership articles. Your responsibilities will include conducting research, gathering information, developing content briefs, interviewing stakeholders, and reviewing drafts to ensure optimized content. You will also support and mentor junior colleagues, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive content strategies aligned with SEO best practices to enhance online visibility. Key Responsibilities: - Create compelling and well-researched content for various platforms - Initiate and plan content development process - Support and mentor junior colleagues - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex concepts into clear narratives - Drive content strategies aligned with SEO best practices - Stay updated on BPM industry trends and emerging technologies - Proofread and edit content to ensure clarity and coherence - Build and maintain a portfolio of high-quality content - Conduct in-depth research on industry-related topics - Utilize tools like Google Analytics, Figma, and Pardot - Demonstrate creativity, depth, and versatility in content creation Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or a related field - Exceptional command of the English language - Ability to adapt tone and style for diverse audiences In addition to your content writing responsibilities, you will be expected to have a strong grasp of technology topics such as AI, Analytics, and Machine Learning in the fields of Legal Process BPM, Insurance BPM, and/or Finance and Accounts BPM.
