As a Content Writer at our Mohali location, you will be responsible for creating compelling and audience-focused content for various platforms such as blogs, whitepapers, case studies, and thought leadership articles. Your role will involve initiating and planning content through research, information gathering, and collaboration with stakeholders. You will also support and mentor junior colleagues, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive content strategies aligned with SEO best practices. To excel in this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or a related field, along with at least 4 years of experience in professional content writing, preferably in ITES or BPM services. Proficiency in web publishing, SEO/SEM, and content marketing strategies is essential. Additionally, you should have expertise in Legal Process BPM, Insurance BPM, and/or Finance and Accounts BPM, with knowledge of technology topics like AI, Analytics, and Machine Learning. In this full-time, permanent position, you will be eligible for benefits such as health insurance, life insurance, paid sick time, paid time off, and Provident Fund. The work schedule will involve day shifts from Monday to Friday, with rotational shifts, performance bonuses, and shift allowances. Proficiency in Hindi and English is preferred for effective communication.
