Senior Content Executive

Role Overview: You will be responsible for managing the YouTube channel operations, content strategy, analytics, compliance, and cross-functional collaboration. Your role will involve ensuring timely uploads, optimizing video performance, developing content calendars, monitoring analytics, maintaining compliance with guidelines, and collaborating with various teams to amplify content reach. Key Responsibilities: - Manage daily publishing workflow across multiple YouTube channels (20+), ensuring timely uploads and adherence to content schedules. - Optimize video uploads (thumbnails, titles, tags, descriptions, playlists, end screens, cards) to maximize reach and performance. - Coordinate with animation and editing teams to ensure timely and high-quality content delivery. - Develop and maintain a content calendar based on audience insights, trends, and business goals. - Ideate and contribute to new content formats and storytelling styles tailored to kids and family audiences. - Track KPIs like views, watch time, retention, CTR, and subscriber growth using YouTube Analytics, TubeBuddy, VidIQ, etc. - Ensure all content complies with YouTube's community guidelines, COPPA (for kids content), and company branding standards. - Coordinate with marketing, distribution, and partnership teams to amplify content reach. - Work closely with external partners (e.g., animation studios, music licensors, content collaborators) when needed.
