Senior Consultant-UNIT 4

As a Unit4 FP&A Senior Consultant at Argano, you will play a crucial role as a technical super-user. Your responsibilities will include assisting with the analysis, design, build, testing, and deployment of the software. You will be documenting the software development life cycle and end-user documentation. Knowledge of Unit4 ERP and Unit4 FP&A is preferred for this role. Experience in implementing FP&A concepts on any other alternative platform is required. You should also have knowledge/experience of building a Unified Dimensional Model. Additionally, familiarity with all other pertinent business intelligence concepts is preferred. Qualifications required for this role include having four (4) to six (6) years of experience working in a fast-paced environment. Experience with SQL/Relational Databases or equivalent is preferred. You should demonstrate the ability to learn and be trainable on new software. Managing technical (software) issues and bringing them to resolution, as well as managing a cross-functional team without a direct reporting structure, are essential skills. Strong organization, planning, and problem-solving abilities are crucial for success in this position. Furthermore, as the ideal candidate, you must be able to implement process improvement ideas, manage project tasks and issues efficiently and independently, and possess good command of the English language with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong self-management skills, results orientation, attention to detail and accuracy, commitment to excellent customer service, ability to handle confidential information with discretion, and being a team player with excellent interpersonal communication skills are necessary attributes for this role. The working hours for this position are from 1:30 pm to 10:30 pm (IST).
