Job Description

Key Skills: Scalability, Performance Testing Roles and Responsibilities: Design and conduct scalability tests. Analyse the results, summarize the performance test and suggest next steps. Perform RCA and identify the bottle neck for any performance issue. Develop mock applications to simulate certain scalability test scenarios. Work closely with multiple teams to ensure the scalability goals are met. Find ways to evolve/develop the scalability test process for re-usability and automate them. Skills Required: Engineering degree with 7+ years of experience Hands-on experience in performance and scalability tests. Good knowledge in load and stress testing tools. Strong knowledge of performance and reliability metrics of a Cloud service. Very good approach to do detailed root cause analysis. Strong experience in monitoring tools like Kibana, Dynatrace, etc. Scripting/Coding knowledge in either Java or NodeJS or both. Working knowledge of cloud applications based on SAP BTP Cloud Foundry. Knowledge in HANA Database Analysis and Kafka will be preferred. Education: Engineering degree (Bachelor's or higher)
