Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Senior Consultant with 7-11 years of experience to join our team in the Employment Firms/Recruitment Services Firms industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP IBP and excellent consulting skills.


Roles and Responsibility
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and develop effective solutions using SAP IBP.
  • Design, implement, and maintain complex planning models to drive business growth and improvement.
  • Provide expert guidance on SAP IBP best practices and troubleshoot issues as needed.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to clients on SAP IBP functionality and usage.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of SAP IBP with other systems.
  • Analyze business data to identify trends and opportunities for process improvements.

Job Requirements
  • Strong understanding of SAP IBP concepts, including planning, forecasting, and scenario management.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, enabling strong collaboration with clients and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
  • Strong knowledge of business processes and operations, with the ability to apply technical expertise to drive business outcomes.
  • Experience working with various stakeholders to understand business needs and develop tailored solutions.
