Role Overview: As a Senior Consultant in the Business Consulting Risk team at EY, you will play a crucial role in transforming businesses through the power of people, technology, and innovation. Key Responsibilities: - Perform end-to-end internal audits for asset managers or review investment processes for insurance companies, including process understanding, walkthroughs, preparation of risk and control matrix, control testing, and preparation of audit reports. - Demonstrate in-depth understanding of the asset management industry risks, investment processes for various asset classes, Internal Audit, and SOX/ ICFR methodology. - Deliver and manage engagements to meet deadlines, cost, and quality standards. - Identify key areas of improvement in client business processes and provide insightful recommendations. - Contribute to business development activities such as preparing proposals and identifying leads. - Adhere to the firm's quality and risk management policies. Qualifications Required: - A CA or master's degree in Science, Arts, Business, Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
