Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and reliable Senior Consultant (Finance) to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in professional banking operations, compliance, and customer service with at least 10 years of proven experience in the banking sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee day-to-day banking operations.
Ensure compliance with RBI, SEBI & FEMA regulations and internal policies.
Interpret, analyse, and advise on RBI circulars, notifications, and master directions applicable to banks, NBFCs, and fintech entities.
Design and implement frameworks for compliance monitoring alignment with RBI mandates like KYC/AML, cybersecurity, Outsourcing, Digital lending etc.
Provide expert consultation on RBIs prudential norms, licensing requirement & regulatory returns.
Conduct periodic gap assessments against regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

Minimum 10 + years of professional experience in the banking/NBFC sector is strongly preferred.
CA/CS/MBA (Finance) equivalent qualification. Additional certifications such as CAMS or FRM will be preferred.
