As a candidate for the position at WNS (Holdings) Limited, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end consulting projects with a focus on stakeholder management. Your key responsibilities will include: - Identifying key opportunity areas in collaboration with Process/Domain Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) across different geographies to develop transformation initiatives aligned with the company's strategy and business outcomes. - Reviewing new and existing processes, resources, and systems to make necessary changes to enhance the organization's capabilities. - Working closely with senior stakeholders to enhance organizational capabilities effectively. - Managing relationships and activities with Business Partners, Operations, Capability, IT, and Client Partners. - Overseeing the outcomes of transformation and strategic initiatives, ensuring delivery tracking and governance of key cross-functional processes. - Bridging any communication gap between departments and facilitating strong communication across the entire company. - Supporting new deals by providing digital-driven solutions and collaborating with cross-functional teams for successful submissions. - Achieving company goals through evolving capabilities, which may involve running focus groups, workshops, and coaching staff. - Acting as a value architect and innovation manager for various domains/industries like Insurance, Retail, and Advertisement. Your qualifications for this role should include: - Hands-on experience and knowledge of new-age technology. - 10+ years of total experience with at least 5 years in digital transformation consulting. - Experience in managing front/middle office projects and improving customer experience, such as CSAT/NPS. - Strong stakeholder management skills and a customer-centric mindset. - Proven communication skills and the ability to lead teams through knowledge harvesting, upskilling, and innovation. - Expertise in using tools like MS Office, Minitab, and Power BI. - Hands-on experience in creating solutions and executing projects related to RPA, speech & text analytics, and chatbots. - Technical expertise in various project management methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall. - Strong work ethics, organizational skills, attention to detail, and a self-starter attitude. - Proficiency in speech and text analytics and associated software.,
