Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Senior Consultant to join our team in Bengaluru, focusing on Technology & Transformation within the Finance Transformation domain. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and auditing, with expertise in technology transformation.

Roles and Responsibility

Lead finance transformation initiatives, leveraging technology to drive business growth and improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas of opportunity and develop strategic plans.
Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
Provide expert guidance on financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
Analyze complex data sets to inform business decisions and drive strategic outcomes.
Build strong relationships with stakeholders, including senior leadership and key partners.

Job Requirements

Strong understanding of accounting principles, auditing standards, and regulatory requirements.
Proven experience in finance transformation, with a focus on technology and process improvement.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders, including technical and non-technical teams.
Strong knowledge of financial systems, processes, and technologies.
Experience working with Deloitte or similar consulting firms is an asset.
