Job Description

Role Overview: As a Digital Transformation/Business Analysis Consultant at Capgemini Invent, you will be leading requirement gathering sessions to capture functional, non-functional, and technical requirements aligned with business needs, user pain points, and strategic objectives. You will translate complex business needs into functional specifications, support the design and implementation of tailored solutions in the insurance domain, and facilitate change management processes for smooth transitions. Additionally, you will create and maintain documentation related to business analysis activities and utilize Root Cause Analysis techniques to identify and provide recommendations for improvement in insurance processes. Key Responsibilities: - Lead requirement gathering sessions through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and surveys - Translate complex business needs into functional specifications - Apply domain knowledge of Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance, Life Insurance, Health Insurance, Commercial Insurance, or Personal Insurance - Facilitate change management processes including user training, system testing, and post-implementation support - Create and maintain documentation related to business analysis activities - Utilize Root Cause Analysis (RCA) techniques to identify underlying causes of business problems Qualifications Required: - 5 to 10 years of experience in Digital Transformation/Business Analysis/Process Consulting - Masters degree in business administration - Proven experience as a Business Analyst on insurance domain projects - Deep understanding of industry processes, regulations, and technology applications specific to insurance - Experience in driving process optimization and standardizing workflows in insurance operations - Strong expertise in at least two or more areas of insurance: Life Insurance, Health Insurance, Property & Casualty Insurance, Claims Management, Underwriting, and Risk Management Additional Company Details: Capgemini is a global business and technology transformation partner with a diverse team of 340,000 members in more than 50 countries.
