Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Consultant, you will:

• NLP Model Development:

  Design, develop, and fine-tune NLP models, including Text Classification and Named Entity Recognition (NER) models, utilizing both fine-tuning and zero-shot techniques.

• Document Processing:

  Work with document processing workflows and solutions.

• AI Engineering & Data Pipelining:

  Build reusable and scalable data pipelines primarily using Python, integrating with various data sources and NoSQL databases.

• Cloud & Microservices Architecture:

  Develop and deploy solutions using microservices architecture and containerization tools like Docker, leveraging cloud platforms such as AWS (preferably ECS/EKS).

• Testing & Quality:

  Utilize unit testing frameworks to ensure the quality and reliability of developed solutions.

• Data Analysis & ML/DL:

  Apply data analysis skills and work with relevant Machine Learning (ML) and Deep Learning (DL) frameworks.

• API Development:

  Develop solutions leveraging Web API frameworks.

• Unstructured Data Handling:

  Effectively manage and process large-scale unstructured data.

• Continuous Learning:

  Remain flexible to learn new frameworks and stay updated with the latest NLP developments.

Mandatory Skills & Experience

Technical Proficiency:

• NLP:

  5 to 8 years of good working experience with

  Text Classification, NER models

  (fine-tuning and zero-shot).

• NLP Libraries:

  Experience with

  Huggingface

  and

  PyTorch

  .

• Document Processing:

  Experience with

  Document Processing

  .

• Python/AI Engineering:

  Proficient in

  Python

  to build reusable and scalable data pipelines.
• Experience with

  NoSQL databases

  .
• Familiarity with

  Data analysis

• Experience with

• Demonstrated experience in a consultant role focusing on NLP and AI engineering.
