Job Description

As a Center Manager, your role involves overseeing the operations and maintenance of the property in Hyderabad. Your responsibilities will include: - Keeping the property clean and well-maintained, ensuring a spick & span space. - Overseeing vendor quotations and invoices to ensure cost-effectiveness. - Monitoring the sanitation and ambience of the property, as well as the quality of consumables. - Demonstrating experience in team management, including supervising housekeeping staff and supervisors. - Conducting regular inspections using checklists and documenting findings. - Managing water TDS, sanitaries, office stationery, electrical plugs & sockets, and cafeteria operations. - Ensuring the maintenance of water security systems, parking facilities, lights, and basic knowledge of building materials and interior design. - Administering smooth office operations and administration. Qualifications required for this role include: - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. - Strong organizational and time management skills. - Basic knowledge of Excel and willingness to learn other software. - Familiarity with HV AC/AC units, utilities, electricity meters, and power generators. - Knowledge of operating principles, safety equipment, and technical specifications. - High level of presentation, grooming, and clothing standards.,
