Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in New Delhi for a Senior Commercial Claim Expert at AVP/ VP Level. The Senior Commercial Claim Expert will be responsible for managing claims, managing team of 4 Claim handlers, interacting with clients, negotiating with insurers, and ensuring timely settlement of claims. Daily tasks will include reviewing claims documents, advising clients on claims processes, handling complex claims, and maintaining records. The role requires strong communication and customer service skills, as well as expertise in managing and analyzing claims data.

Qualifications

• Strong but polite Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proven ability to handle complex commercial claims
• Excellent negotiation skills with insurers and surveyors
• Bachelor's degree in Technology or Engineering
• Minimum of 12 years' experience in the insurance industry handling Large and Complex Claims
• Expertise in claims analysis and management
• Ability to work on-site in New Delhi
• Ability to manage team of Claim handlers
