Key Responsibilities 1. Coordinating Customer’s claims from intimation till settlement which includes Loss location visit 2. Scrutiny of Claim related information and documents before submission to surveyor / Insurer 3. Visit to Loss Location, Insurance Company, Surveyor & Customer as required 4. Effective communication & maintaining outstanding relationship with Customers/Insurers/Surveyors 5. Maintaining up to date status of all the claims in System 6. Periodic MIS to Management and Customers as per set guidelines 7. Take reporting of team member and monitor their performance, train and guide them for their technical growth 8.
