Commercial Claims Handler & Team Leader

As a Commercial Claims Specialist, you will be responsible for handling various types of commercial claims such as Property, Engineering, Business Interruption, Marine Cargo, Fidelity Guarantee, Employee Compensation, and other commercial claims. Your role will involve providing top-notch claims services to our customers in the North region. Key Responsibilities: - Demonstrate expertise in managing and processing commercial claims effectively. - Lead, guide, and train junior members of the claims team to ensure alignment with organizational objectives. - Handle any other tasks assigned to you as a Claims Team Leader. Qualifications Required: - Strong knowledge and experience in Commercial Claims. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work effectively in a team and independently. - Prior experience in a leadership or mentoring role would be advantageous.
