Job Description

About the Role:

Senior Code Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

Software Design & Development:

Design and develop robust, efficient, and scalable software components and applications.
Write clean, modular, and well-documented code following best practices and design patterns.
Participate in code reviews, ensuring high code quality, performance, and maintainability.

Architecture & Technical Leadership:

Collaborate with architects and product owners to define technical solutions and system architecture.
Identify technical risks and propose mitigation strategies during design and development phases.
Advocate for code standards, CI/CD practices, and testing strategies across the engineering team.

Team Collaboration & Mentorship:

Work closely with cross-functional teams (DevOps, QA, UX, Product) to deliver end-to-end solutions.
Mentor and support junior and mid-level engineers through code reviews, pair programming, and knowledge sharing.
Foster a culture of technical excellence, continuous learning, and collaboration.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with
cloud platforms
such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Prior involvement in large-scale distributed systems or high-availability applications.
Exposure to containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation).
Contributions to open-source projects or personal technical blog is a plus.
Strong debugging, profiling, and performance-tuning skills.
