Job Description

Role Overview: As a Senior Cloud Consultant at HabileLabs Pvt. Ltd., you will lead cloud consulting engagements with mid-sized clients, focusing on driving business growth through strategic AWS and Azure solutions. Your role will involve end-to-end ownership of client accounts, from identifying opportunities to positioning solutions, closing deals, and ensuring post-sale satisfaction. This position requires a combination of consulting acumen, technical expertise, and business development skills, along with the ability to collaborate effectively across internal and partner ecosystems. Key Responsibilities: - Account Ownership: - Take ownership of mid-sized client accounts to drive consistent revenue growth, account expansion, and high client retention. - Solution Leadership: - Lead the positioning of AWS/Azure solutions for new and existing clients, aligning cloud offerings with business outcomes and transformation goals. - Client Engagement: - Conduct assessments of business needs and match client requirements with appropriate AWS or Azure solutions to maximize value delivery. - Mentorship: - Mentor and coach Associates and Consultants within the cloud consulting team, promoting continuous learning, technical upskilling, and client-facing confidence. - Lead Generation: - Focus on identifying new business opportunities through proactive client outreach, networking, and collaboration with marketing teams. - Pre-Sales Collaboration: - Collaborate with pre-sales and technical architecture teams to prepare proposals, deliver demos, and present compelling solution narratives. - Cloud Partner Management: - Maintain strong relationships with AWS and Microsoft account managers to ensure alignment on pipeline, co-selling, and joint marketing initiatives. - Program & Benefits Execution: - Ensure clear understanding and effective execution of all relevant AWS/Azure programs and partner benefits to leverage them for client opportunities. - Market Awareness: - Stay informed about competitor offerings, pricing strategies, and emerging market trends to refine positioning and maintain a competitive edge. - Continuous Learning: - Pursue ongoing professional development through AWS/Azure certifications, with a focus on Cloud Practitioner and AWS GenAI certifications. Qualifications & Experience: - Experience: - 6-10 years in cloud consulting & sales, pre-sales, or solution architecture roles with a track record of successful client engagement. - Technical Expertise: - Deep understanding of AWS and Azure cloud services, architectures, pricing models, and migration frameworks. - Sales Acumen: - Demonstrated ability to manage pipelines, qualify leads, and close deals in collaboration with sales and delivery teams. - Certifications: - Mandatory: AWS/Azure Cloud Practitioner - Preferred: AWS GenAI certification - Education: - Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA preferred.,
