1. Meeting & Greeting the Walking clients at the site.
2. Ensure proper hospitality to the client before starting the meeting.
3. BUILDING RAPPORT -
A] Access the enquiry form of the client (If GRE is not present / busy then the same form to be filled by the closing manager).
B] Introducing self to the client, then building the rapport with client with the help of enquiry form.
C] Understand the exact requirement of client along with budget.
4. Giving Presentation by sequence.
5. Closing, booking and tokens at targeted rate.
6. Documentation procedure to be completed.
7. Regular, timely, consistent follow-ups for revisit / closing.
8. Tele-calling to clients for new leads / new data as and when necessary or instructed by seniors or management.
9. Submitting daily plans in the morning and submitting the reports in evening to reporting manager.
10. Effectively learn and use the company ERP for Reports, calling etc.
11. Actively participate in activities planned by the developer, pyramids, site head for promotion and lead generation of the project.
12. Should extend support to other Department in case of absence or emergency.
