Job Description

As a Senior Recruiter, you will be responsible for screening potential candidates for various client openings using all available sourcing channels to identify and engage with qualified candidates. You will play a crucial role in creating a diverse pool of applicants by researching various industries and functions to attract passive candidates. Your primary focus will be on driving business commitments such as service level agreements (SLAs), compliance, diversity, and quality. In this role, you will serve as a consultant to clients throughout the recruiting process, ensuring a positive experience for candidates as they progress through the hiring process. Your expertise in recruiting, particularly in niche markets or specialized skill sets, will be invaluable in sourcing and attracting top talent. You may be required to work virtually or onsite at client locations and collaborate across different countries, necessitating an understanding of varying cultural and process requirements. Your major duties and responsibilities will include acting as the main point of contact for Hiring Managers and other key stakeholders, maintaining accountability for the recruiting process, and prioritizing daily tasks effectively. You will also lead initial consultations with hiring managers, conduct external searches through strategic sourcing methods, and develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract passive candidates. As a Senior Recruiter, you must be proficient in utilizing advanced search techniques, generating talent through networking and creative sourcing methods, and demonstrating solid business knowledge across multiple industries and talent pools. Your technical skills should include expertise in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), capturing and reporting key staffing metrics accurately, and navigating various software programs. Additionally, your professional skills should encompass exceptional organizational, time management, and customer service abilities, as well as strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. To excel in this role, you should have 5-7 years of recruiting experience, with a focus on proactive/passive sourcing in niche markets or specialized skill sets. A Bachelor's Degree is preferred, along with operational experience in an ATS. Your commitment to quality, ethical behavior, and maintaining confidentiality, along with your ability to adapt to changes and work effectively in a fast-paced environment, will be essential for success as a Senior Recruiter.,
