Position: Senior Client Coordinator (IT Staffing)

Location: Gurgaon (Full-time, in-office)

We’re hiring for a coordination-heavy, client-facing role in our delivery team. You’ll manage candidate submissions, interviews, and feedback loops for our IT services clients. No sourcing. No sales. Just clear, accountable coordination.

Responsibilities:

• Submit shortlisted candidates to clients and update trackers
• Follow up with clients for interview feedback and next steps
• Share feedback with recruiters or vendors
• Track candidate status across multiple roles and accounts
• Cross-match profiles across open positions for the same client

Must-Have:

• 2–4 years in coordination, staffing ops, client delivery, or admin support
• Strong written and spoken English communication
• High responsiveness and follow-up ownership
• Hands-on with Excel, Outlook, Teams, and basic trackers
• Based in or willing to relocate to Gurgaon (in-office role)

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience in RPO, staffing firms, EdTech, Hospitality, Airlines, Client Success or client servicing
• Exposure to ATS or CRM tools
• Comfort managing multiple client stakeholders
• Ability to handle urgent scheduling issues independently
