The India & South Asia (InSA) Implementation Services team within VCA provides consulting-led solutions for Visa s largest issuers in India, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Nepal, Bhutan, and the Maldives. With deep expertise in payments, we deliver solutions to enhance profitability, drive innovation, improve customer experience, scale digital adoption, and enhance risk management.
Within VCA, the Implementation Services (VIS) team acts as a hands-on execution partner, helping clients operationalize strategic recommendations into tangible outcomes. VIS provides dedicated execution, program management, and operational expertise in areas such as new product launches, portfolio optimization, risk advisory, and digital enablement.
Position Summary

The Senior Manager, Implementation Services, will play a pivotal role in driving the successful execution of consulting-led fraud risk and portfolio risk management initiatives. This role focuses on program delivery, PMO oversight, resource coordination, and implementation support to help clients translate advisory insights into measurable business outcomes.

Based in Mumbai and reporting to the Head of Implementation Services, India & South Asia, the individual will oversee the implementation and management of card product and portfolio initiatives with a focus on fraud risk strategies, frameworks, and solutions.
Core Focus Areas
1. Business Development Support

Partner with VCA Consulting and Sales teams to understand client needs and shape implementation-led proposals.

Identify and scope opportunities for execution support across related engagements.

Develop project delivery plans, resource models, and pricing/revenue proposals.

Build client trust through consultative engagement and clear value articulation.
2. Client Project Delivery

Execute fraud risk consulting recommendations covering fraud strategy rollout, controls, monitoring, risk technology enablement, and operational optimization.

Lead program governance and PMO activities, including project tracking, risk mitigation, and reporting.

Oversee resource allocation and vendor/third-party management to ensure effective delivery.

Engage with senior client stakeholders and internal Visa teams (Products, Risk, Data Science, Technology) to drive execution.

Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and at the highest quality standards.

Present results and highlight measurable benefits to clients.
3. Internal Program & Capability Development

Contribute to building Visa s fraud risk implementation practice by codifying best practices, playbooks, frameworks, and tools.

Document program learnings and create reusable templates for greater efficiency.

Partner with VCA Consulting to design repeatable fraud risk implementation offerings.

Help scale Visa s implementation capabilities in fraud risk to drive growth and differentiation in the market.
Basic Qualifications
8 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or at least 5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 2 years of work experience with a PhD
