Senior Client Account Manager

In this role as a Client Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with key clients to ensure their satisfaction with the products and services offered by the company. Your primary duties will include being the main point of contact for clients, understanding their business needs, and providing customized solutions. You will also need to act as a subject matter expert on the company's products, identify opportunities for revenue growth, and work closely with internal teams to deliver products and services efficiently.
