Job Description

Develop, implement, and maintain the Project Quality Plan, Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), and other quality assurance/control procedures for high-rise building construction projects.
Ensure that all construction activities comply with project specifications, relevant codes, standards, and client requirements.
Supervise and coordinate QA/QC activities including material inspections, method statements, work procedures, and system audits.
Review and approve materials, suppliers, subcontractors, and ensure compliance with approved project specifications and standards.
Conduct internal and external quality audits and coordinate with third-party inspection agencies where necessary.
Oversee the documentation and certification processes, ensuring that quality records and test reports are properly maintained.
Provide technical support and guidance to site teams regarding QA/QC issues and promote continuous quality improvement practices.
Lead and mentor QA/QC teams, providing training as necessary to develop skills and awareness across the project teams.
Participate in client and consultant meetings to address quality concerns and demonstrate compliance to quality requirements.
