Role & responsibilities Key Responsibilities/ Job description: Preparation of detailed BOQs from drawings (AutoCAD/PDF). Rate analysis for civil, finishing, and MEP works. Preparing cost estimates for tenders and internal budgeting. Coordination with design and execution teams for scope verification. Preparing and verifying RA bills for clients and subcontractors. Checking quantities as per drawings and site execution. Certification and documentation as per contract clauses. Coordination with site team for measurements and progress data. Assist in drafting and reviewing work orders and subcontractor agreements. Maintaining records for contract documents and variations. Monitor and update work order logs and contract value reconciliations. Reconciliation of materials, free issue items, and subcontractor bills. Preparing monthly reconciliation reports (cement, steel, RMC, etc.). Identifying discrepancies in BOQ vs executed quantities. Software Skills: Strong proficiency in MS Excel Strong & Working knowledge of AutoCAD for measurement extraction. Good understanding of CPWD/MORTH/DSR practices (optional but desirable). Familiarity with ERP software (e.g., Strategic ERP etc.) is an advantage. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications. Soft Skills: Attention to detail and accuracy. Strong analytical and problem-solving ability. Effective communication and coordination skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Qualifications: M.E. / M. Tech in Civil Engineering / B.E. / B. Tech in Civil Engineering/ Diploma. Strong academic background and basic exposure to site/project work during internships or training.
