Senior Civil Engineer

As a Senior Civil Engineer in the Renewable Energy, Infrastructure, and Sustainability industry, your role will involve leading the delivery of civil and structural designs for various projects. You will be responsible for technical execution, project coordination, and mentoring junior engineers to ensure high-quality outputs that meet client and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and review civil, structural, geotechnical, and hydrology designs for renewable energy projects such as solar PV, wind, substations, BESS, and green hydrogen facilities. - Prepare site development layouts, grading, drainage, and foundation engineering packages. - Ensure compliance with IS codes, Eurocodes, AISC, ASCE, and lender/client specifications. - Lead the in-house civil & structural team, ensuring timely delivery of design packages and coordination with other teams. - Support construction monitoring and provide engineering clarifications to EPC contractors. - Collaborate with business development teams for proposal inputs, costing, and constructability checks. - Provide technical inputs during due diligence, feasibility studies, and engineering engagements. Qualifications Required: - Education: BE/BTech in Civil Engineering; MTech in Structural/Geotechnical preferred. - Experience: 10-15 years in civil & structural engineering, preferably in the renewable energy or power sector. - Strong knowledge of foundation design, structural analysis, and site development. - Ability to manage a team and deliver within tight deadlines. - Excellent coordination and communication skills.
