Senior Cisco Engineer - UCCE

As a Senior Cisco Engineer UCCE, you will be responsible for the following key responsibilities: - Performing break/fix, moves, adds, and changes for telephony equipment and adjuncts with 8 years of experience - Supporting Cisco solutions with 5 years of experience, including Cisco Call Manager, UCCE/UCCX, Cisco Voice Portal, Unified Messaging, Voice Gateways, CUBE, Webex Calling, and Contact Center - Proficiency in ICM, UCCX Scripting - Utilizing an automated ticketing system with 2 years of experience - Supporting Cisco hardware and software for 5 years - Demonstrating strong computer skills and excellent knowledge of general business applications like MS Word and Excel - Exhibiting excellent oral and written communication skills in English - Possessing strong analytical, interpersonal, and relationship building skills - Being familiar with voice and data equipment and technologies - Demonstrating a strong work ethic, personal drive, and a sense of urgency to excel - Showing superior negotiation, coordination, and conflict resolution skills - Having the ability to use and learn new complex systems, technologies, and applications - Adapting to change quickly and effectively multi-tasking Qualifications Required: - Industry certifications on telephony and associated technology solutions, depending on team placement - Cisco Certifications preferred, such as CCIE Collaboration or CCNP Collaboration - Working experience in the managed services industry - Familiarity with both voice and data equipment and technologies - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science - Understanding of quality processes including ITIL You will play a crucial role in providing technical support and ensuring the smooth operation of Cisco solutions.,
