Event & Operations Management
Plan and manage catering events end-to-end, ensuring seamless execution and client satisfaction.
Team Leadership
Lead and manage catering and sales teams across multiple regions to ensure consistent performance and service quality.
Regional Oversight
Oversee catering operations in Ahmedabad, Baroda, and Surat with regular travel to ensure on-ground effectiveness.
Service Promotion & Revenue Optimization
Promote catering services, identify growth opportunities, and implement initiatives to maximize revenue and profitability.
Market Trend Alignment
Stay updated with global catering trends and competitive insights to align services with evolving market expectations.

Required Candidate Profile

810 years of sales experience with 58 years specifically in catering or food service, including team leadership.
Strong client handling, negotiation, and multitasking abilities.
Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
Open to frequent travel across Ahmedabad, Baroda, and Surat.
Must be available for face-to-face interviews.
