A results-oriented approach and a passion for education are essential qualities for this position. **Key Responsibilities:** - Counselling prospective students on the available undergraduate and postgraduate courses. - Engaging with potential students through Data Calling, video conferencing, walk-ins, and online chat/e-mails. - Providing guidance on specific degree programs and admission procedures. - Gathering feedback from participants and consolidating the information. - Converting leads into admissions. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree in any field. - Minimum of 6 months of proven sales experience, preferably in the education sector or tele-sales industry. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong sales acumen with the ability to influence and persuade others. - Customer-centric mindset focused on delivering exceptional service. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. - Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant technology tools. - Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving targets.
