Senior C++ Developer

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior C++ Developer with more than 5 years of professional experience in C++ development and strong knowledge of JavaScript. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in building robust, high-performance applications, problem-solving complex technical challenges, and contributing to system design and architecture.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain C++ applications with a focus on performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Integrate and implement JavaScript-based features to enhance user experience and application functionality.
• Collaborate with product managers, architects, and cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and deliver innovative solutions.
• Optimize application performance, ensuring efficient use of system resources such as memory and processing power.
• Write clean, modular, and reusable code following coding standards and best practices.
• Conduct code reviews, provide technical guidance, and mentor junior developers.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex bugs, performance bottlenecks, and system issues.
• Participate in design discussions, requirement analysis, and software architecture planning.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in software development with a strong focus on C++.
• Proficiency in modern C++ (C++11/14/17), including OOP principles, templates, STL, and memory management.
• Solid knowledge of JavaScript and experience in integrating with C++ applications or front-end components.
• Strong understanding of multithreading, concurrency, and performance optimization.
• Experience with algorithms, data structures, and design patterns.
• Familiarity with SQL and relational databases.
• Hands-on experience with development tools such as Git, CMake, and debugging utilities.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

• Experience with web technologies, Node.js, or other front-end frameworks.
• Knowledge of cross-platform application development (Windows/Linux/MacOS).
• Exposure to Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.
