About the Role As a Data Scientist specializing in online behavioral analytics, you will analyze user clickstream data recorded on the end user side. You will also leverage Generative AI tools and frameworks, working with Large Language Models (LLMs) and agentic AI frameworks to augment model context with user behavioural data, driving advanced insights and intelligent automation across digital platforms. Responsibilities Work closely with AI Engineering and Product teams to collect, clean, and preprocess clickstream data from web and mobile applications, ensuring data quality and consistency. Design and implement methods to extract behavioral signals from raw click data, including sessionization, event tracking, and feature engineering. Apply advanced statistical analysis and machine learning techniques to identify user patterns, predict behaviors, and segment audiences. Conduct exploratory data analysis (EDA) to uncover trends, anomalies, and key behavioral drivers. Design and evaluate experiments (such as A/B tests) to assess the impact of changes to user interfaces or features on user behavior. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, UX, marketing) to translate business questions into data-driven analyses and actionable recommendations. Develop and maintain dashboards and visualizations to communicate findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Design, build, and evaluate AI workloads utilizing Generative AI models using frameworks such as LangChain, Model Context Protocol, and Hugging Face Transformers, with a focus on integrating and augmenting these models with user behavioral data for enhanced context and personalization. Implement and work with agentic AI frameworks to orchestrate multi-step reasoning and autonomous workflows powered by LLMs, leveraging user clickstream and behavioral data as contextual inputs. Stay updated with the latest developments in behavioral data science, analytics tools, Generative AI, and agentic AI methodologies. Requirements Hands-on experience in Data Science experiments design and working with Generative AI tools and LLMs (e.g. Gemini, OpenAI, Claude, LLama). About The Role Teramind is looking for an Engineering Manager to lead a Python development team as we ramp up our engineering efforts. As the company focuses on scaling its growth and product development, the Engineering Manager will collaborate closely with the VP of Engineering and CTO to manage a development team of 5 Engineers. There is a clear plan to expand the team to 8-10 Engineers, and this involves taking ownership of the recruitment/interviewing and onboarding processes.
