Job Description

This position will identify business opportunities, then develop requirements to address them, often by improving processes, systems, or technology- They serve as a bridge between stakeholders and the development team, ensuring that business requirements are clearly understood and effectively implemented-

This position will also serve as a Scrum Master and facilitate the Scrum ceremonies for agile development teams, ensuring adherence to Scrum principles and practices- They work closely with team members to remove obstacles, enhance team productivity, and foster a collaborative environment-

Responsibilities

Elicit Requirement: Engage with stakeholders to collect and document business requirements, ensuring a clear understanding of their needs and objectives-
Communication: Act as a liaison between stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clear and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle-
Facilitate Scrum Events: Organize and lead key Scrum ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives-
Removing Impediments: Identify and resolve issues that may hinder the teams progress, acting as a buffer between the team and external distractions-
Continuous Improvement: Encourage and facilitate ongoing improvements within the team s processes and practices-

Qualifications:

Bachelors Degree or International equivalent
Experience with process analysis and systems development methodologies - Preferred
