Senior Business Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end

  P&L management

  for one of the Rummy brands or a strategic business stream such as Tournaments.

• Drive Revenue & Retention:

  Deliver Annual Operating Plan (AOP) metricsRevenue, Retention, Engagement, and Tournamentsthrough data-driven decision-making and execution.

• Monitor Key Metrics:

  Track Gross & Net Commission, Daily Active Users (DAU), and Time Spent using real-time dashboards and analytics tools; detect and correct revenue or engagement deviations swiftly.

• Customer Focus:

  Identify user pain points through analytics, feedback, and support data to design impactful solutions that enhance satisfaction and engagement.

• Experimentation & Growth:

  Run experiments to improve user engagement, retention, and monetization; proactively identify new growth levers such as segmented campaigns, personalized communication, and rewards.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  Partner with Product, Marketing, Technology, Design, and Customer Success teams to execute initiatives aligned with overall business objectives.

• Team Leadership:

  Manage and mentor a team of Senior Business Analysts and Associate Business Managers; build a culture of ownership, experimentation, and collaboration.

• Stakeholder Management:

  Maintain transparent communication across departments and ensure alignment on priorities and business outcomes.

• Business Strategy & Execution:

  Think strategically while ensuring ground-level execution; combine creativity with analytical rigor to drive measurable results.

• Culture Building:

  Mentor peers, encourage continuous learning, and contribute to a high-performance, collaborative work environment.
