Over the last few years, we tried pinning down our DNA by writing down our design principles but we concluded it's essentially all about YOU. The people themselves are the culture and we guard that culture. What you stand for, what you believe in and how we treat each other is part of our DNA. So be yourself and keep expressing yourself to the team. We don’t have just designers, copywriters, product designers, illustrators, and artists, we have “thinkers”. Your job will not be to get from point A to point B, it will be about how interesting you can make that journey. Work with a group of fun individuals who work hard and play harder. What you will do: Design: Receive the brief, let your imagination run wild, and deliver forward-thinking output. High quality in less time in our rapidly evolving industry, where innovation and creativity are essential. Design sketches for a project and make sure it fall under our brand guidelines. You should be the one to know what’s trending. Research for the required design and be in touch with the design world of today. Get a deep understanding of our product design system and brand guidelines and adhere to them. Be organised - this helps your teammates collaborate with you easily. What you will bring: A beginner's mindset in product design experience. Understanding human behaviours, design trends, and systems to effectively attract the audience. Ask yourself, "What message am I conveying with this design?" for every creation. Give your work the respect it deserves. Good understanding of design trends and how it works to attract the audience. What am I trying to say with this design?”, ask this question for every design you create. Live your work the value it deserves.
