ID: 1100 | 1-2 yrs | Bengaluru | careers Designations: Live Ops KRA: What will you do? Manage daily payment operations for Gameskraft, including but not limited to Add Cash, and Withdrawal. Ensuring round-the-clock monitoring, reporting and closures on time to ensure minimum impact on business. Bring an outside-in view to improve the payment product further and continuously improve the payment experience. Help Product and Tech teams debottleneck any dependency from Gateways, Banks and other third-party teams. Work closely with other cross-functional teams to help address escalations. Maintain relationships with Payment Gateways, Banks, and other service providers and work on continuous development areas. What you'll bring. At least 2 years of experience working in the payment operations domain & KYC workflow. Highly ownership-driven approach and pay attention to details, should have a data driven approach and take decisions independently. Ability to effectively manage time, prioritise tasks and work within deadlines with little supervision. Ownership with a clear bias for action. Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and ensure timely closure of tasks. Highlight improvement areas with the team to improve the overall customer experience.
