Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Senior Business Functional Analyst to join our team in Pune, India. The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of experience in business analysis, preferably in process automation or banking/financial services.

Roles and Responsibility

Collaborate with stakeholders across business, operations, and IT delivery teams to capture and translate requirements into actionable insights.
Design and implement strategic platforms, such as Consent Management and digitalization lighthouses, ensuring alignment with regulatory standards, operational goals, and customer expectations.
Develop and maintain precise and clear documentation of business requirements using BPMN and other modeling tools.
Support QAT, SIT, and UAT phases to validate solution integrity and compliance with standards.
Identify opportunities to enhance analysis and delivery capabilities across the team.
Provide timely, transparent updates to all relevant parties.

Job Requirements

Strong experience working with backend technologies, including microservices, flows, and BPMN diagrams.
Proficiency in business process modelling, user story writing, and data modelling.
Hands-on experience with BPMN; knowledge of Camunda is a plus.
Experience with SQL queries and API testing (Postman).
Familiarity with Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence) for backlog and documentation management.
Understanding of financial products and banking processes.
Knowledge of automation technologies and data security best practices.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Flexible and eager to learn new technologies and expand domain knowledge.
Comfortable working within agile frameworks and managing multiple priorities.
