Key Responsibilities: Strong exposure to both domestic and international markets. Identify and develop new business opportunities in domestic and global markets, including OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, and industrial end-users.. Drive strategic account management and nurture long-term customer relationships. Conduct regular market research and competitive analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and identify growth areas. Work closely with engineering, production, and quality teams to align client requirements with plant capabilities. Experience with export documentation and international trade practices. Skilled in managing global client relationships. Willingness to travel extensively, including international trips as needed. Represent the company at industry events, trade fairs, exhibitions, and B2B meetings. Track and report sales performance metrics, forecasts, and client feedback to senior management. Requirements: Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset. Ability to lead and influence clients and stakeholders. Market Exposure: Must have handled both domestic (India) and international (export) markets Education: Bachelor s degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Metallurgy / Production) preferred. MBA/PGDM in Marketing is an added advantage. Desirable Skills: Experience in export documentation, international trade practices, and working with global clients. Proficiency in using CRM/ERP systems. Familiarity with ISO standards and quality documentation. In-depth knowledge of casting processes such as Sand Casting, Investment Casting, Pressure Die Casting, Gravity Die Casting, etc. Willingness to travel extensively, including international visits as required. Experience Required: Minimum 10 years to maximum 20 years and above in casting/foundry sales, with proven exposure to domestic and international markets. The ideal candidate will have a successful track record of managing key accounts, penetrating new markets, and handling large-scale casting projects across India and international territories .
