As a Senior Business Development Manager (Web2) at MentTech, your main role will involve expertise in Staff Augmentation, IT Talent Acquisition, and Direct Sales. Your responsibilities will include: - Identifying and closing high-value enterprise deals in IT staffing, contract hiring, and workforce augmentation. - Developing relationships with HR heads, CIOs, and decision-makers for long-term partnerships. - Driving B2B sales, direct client acquisition, and vendor partnerships to expand IT workforce solutions. - Managing end-to-end RFP processes, contract negotiations, and service agreements. - Collaborating with recruitment teams to match client needs with skilled IT professionals. - Creating and executing revenue planning & sales strategies to achieve business goals. - Tracking sales pipeline, client interactions, and deal closures using CRM tools (Zoho, Salesforce). Key Requirements: - 5+ years of experience in IT staff augmentation, talent acquisition, or workforce solutions sales. - Proven success in direct sales, B2B partnerships, and enterprise account management. - Strong network with HR, recruitment heads, and IT decision-makers. - Ability to manage high-ticket sales cycles, negotiations, and revenue planning. - Experience handling contract staffing, managed services, and IT outsourcing solutions. - Excellent communication, presentation, and client engagement skills. Please note that the job type is full-time, with a day shift schedule from Monday to Friday. The work location is in person at Indore, Madhya Pradesh.
