About the Role:

As a Business Development Manager (BDM), you will play a crucial role in identifying new business opportunities, pitching digital marketing solutions, and closing deals. You’ll be the bridge between our services and potential clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and research potential clients and new business opportunities.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Pitch and present digital marketing and SEO services to prospects.
• Work closely with the marketing and delivery teams to align client expectations.
• Meet monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
• Prepare proposals and negotiate contracts.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and the competitive landscape.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in business development or sales in a digital marketing agency (preferred).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented.
• Knowledge of SEO, social media marketing, PPC, and other digital services is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
