Job Description

The Business Development Manager at Corus Info Tech will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new clients, building and maintaining strong relationships, and generating sales opportunities for the company's IT solutions and services. The role demands excellent communication and networking skills, self-motivation, and a strong understanding of the IT industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, approach, and engage new business prospects through field visits and direct outreach.
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients to foster repeat business and referrals.
• Present company products and services effectively to decision-makers and potential clients.
• Generate leads, manage a robust sales pipeline, and meet or exceed growth and revenue targets.
• Research industry trends to identify new market opportunities.
• Collaborate with sales, product, and marketing teams to meet business objectives.
• Attend networking events and represent Corus Info Tech at industry gatherings.
• Prepare and negotiate business proposals, contracts, and agreements as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in IT/software or tech solutions.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and an entrepreneurial outlook.
• Willingness to travel to meet clients and attend off-site meetings and events.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
