With significant funding from investors like InfoEdge Ventures and Prime Venture Partners, Elchemy is committed to transforming the chemical industry by addressing inefficiencies in cross-border trade. **Key Responsibilities:** - Identify new business opportunities within the chemical industry - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients - Drive sales growth through strategic planning and execution - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business strategies - Negotiate contracts and ensure customer satisfaction - Deep understanding of the chemical market and supply chain dynamics **Qualifications Required:** - Strong understanding of the chemical industry, market trends, and supply chain dynamics - 5-10 years of experience in business development, sales, and client relationship management - Excellent negotiation and contract management skills - Strategic planning and project management abilities - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment - Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Business Administration, or related field preferred - Experience in working with multinational companies and global chemical brands is a plus - Experience in Fragrance, Flavors, Personal Care, Home Care, and Cosmetic chemicals is a plus - Experience in the North America market is a plus,
