Senior Business Development Lead

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a small team (2–3 members) focused on IT services sales and lead generation.
• Monitor and barge into live sales calls to evaluate quality, provide real-time feedback, and take corrective actions.
• Drive business growth through lead generation, cold calling, and client engagement.
• Coordinate with key decision-makers to secure qualified appointments and expand business opportunities.
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve team and individual targets.
• Use calls, emails, LinkedIn, and online platforms to identify and qualify potential leads.
• Build strong client relationships and ensure smooth coordination with internal teams.

Requirements:

• 5–8 years of experience in IT services business development for the North America market.
• Proven experience in sales call monitoring, negotiation, and client coordination.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and mentoring skills.
• Proficiency with CRM tools and lead generation platforms.
