Roles & Responsibilities

Market Research and CRM Management:

Conduct comprehensive market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs. Utilize the company CRM system efficiently, working on assigned leads daily, and ensuring 100% productivity on all tasks set by the reporting manager on the CRM.

Lead Generation:

Actively seek out new sales opportunities through strategic approaches such as cold calling, networking, and leveraging social media platforms.

Client Meetings:

Set up and conduct meetings with potential clients to understand their wishes and concerns, building strong relationships from the outset.

Presentations:

Prepare and deliver compelling presentations on Gsource Technologies' products and services, showcasing their value proposition to potential clients.

Performance Analysis:

Create regular reviews and reports, analysing sales and financial data to track performance against targets.

Negotiation and Closure:

Negotiate and close deals with clients, addressing any complaints or objections to ensure a smooth customer experience.

Team Collaboration:

Collaborate effectively with the internal team to align strategies and achieve better results collectively.

Gsource Technologies, located in Pune, India, is actively seeking a skilled and dynamic Sr. Business Development Executive to spearhead our expansion in the US region.

This pivotal role demands an individual with a proven track record in lead generation within the Architecture, Construction,Geospatial, Structural, and BIM industries.

The ideal candidate will not only identify opportunities but also drive the entire sales process, ensuring rapid and sustainable growth.

Requirements

Experience:- 3-5 Years

Proven experience as a sales executive or in a relevant role.

Excellent proficiency in spoken and written English.

Strong knowledge of emails, etiquettes, and US-specific cultural understanding.

Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.

Fast learning speed and a passion for sales.

Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations.

Minimum Graduation degree.
