About the Role

Senior Business Analyst

Finance, Technology, and AI

If you enjoy translating complex trading workflows into clear, actionable deliverables — and thrive under pressure — this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead business analysis for

    trading engines, middleware, and data dashboards

    .
  • Partner with tech and BA leads to

    modernize applications using AI

    for automation, analysis, and knowledge extraction.
  • Manage

    Jira and Confluence

    rigorously – stories, defects, workflows, and reports.
  • Translate trader and developer inputs into

    clear BRDs, FSDs, and test plans

    .
  • Support

    UAT, release coordination, and production rollouts

    in high-velocity environments.
  • Identify and document

    system dependencies, process gaps, and automation opportunities

    .

What You’ll Bring

  • Strong understanding of

    Equities, ETFs, or Derivatives trading workflows

    .
  • Experience in

    Trading, Fintech, or HFT systems

    (mandatory).
  • Excellent knowledge of

    Jira, Confluence, and BA documentation standards

    .
  • Proven ability to work calmly under pressure and manage multiple parallel deliverables.
  • Good grasp of

    technology concepts (APIs, .NET/Python apps, data flows)

    .
  • Exposure to

    AI or GenAI tools

    will be a strong advantage.
  • Exceptional communication, ownership, and analytical mindset.
