We are looking for a skilled Senior Business Analyst to join our team, focusing on ServiceNow implementation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis and experience with ServiceNow.

Roles and Responsibility

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop solutions using ServiceNow.
Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement, providing recommendations for optimization.
