Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst with strong expertise in PTC Windchill and PLM systems to support and optimize business processes within the Communications, Media, and Technology (CMT) domain. The role involves end-to-end ownership of requirements, solution design, and implementation support, working closely with business and technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed business process analysis and requirement assessments in the CMT domain
• Leverage deep expertise in PTC Windchill to enhance and support PLM processes
• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
• Translate business needs into clear technical specifications
• Design and propose process optimization and system enhancement solutions
• Support implementation of Windchill solutions, including configuration, customization, and integrations
• Develop and execute test plans to ensure solution quality and functionality
• Provide training and post-implementation support to end users
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of processes, requirements, and configurations
• Manage project activities, timelines, risks, and deliverables to ensure successful execution.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field
• 3–5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with hands-on PTC Windchill exposure
• Strong knowledge of PLM systems and related enterprise technologies
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Experience in project planning, execution, and monitoring
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
