Role Overview

Senior Business Analyst with strong PTC Windchill expertise

Key Responsibilities

• Business Analysis & Process Optimization

• Conduct detailed analysis of business processes, workflows, and requirements within the CMT domain.
• Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities in PLM processes.

• PTC Windchill Expertise

• Leverage deep knowledge of

  PTC Windchill

  to support, enhance, and optimize PLM implementations.
• Provide functional guidance on Windchill modules, configurations, and best practices.

• Requirement Gathering & Documentation

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements.
• Translate business needs into clear technical specifications and solution designs.

• Solution Design & Implementation Support

• Design and propose scalable solutions to improve system functionality and business efficiency.
• Support configuration, customization, and integration of Windchill with other enterprise systems.

• Testing & Validation

• Develop test plans, test scenarios, and acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate and support UAT to ensure solution quality and business alignment.

• Training & User Support

• Conduct training sessions and create user guides to ensure effective adoption of Windchill solutions.
• Provide post-implementation support and issue resolution.

• Documentation & Governance

• Maintain comprehensive documentation for business processes, system configurations, and solution artifacts.

• Project Coordination & Delivery

• Manage and coordinate project activities, timelines, risks, and deliverables.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful and timely project execution.

Required Qualifications

• Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.

• Experience:

• 10–13 years of overall experience.
• Minimum

  3–5 years as a Business Analyst

  with strong focus on

  PTC Windchill / PLM

  solutions.

• Technical Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience with

  PTC Windchill

  and PLM ecosystems.
• Exposure to system integrations and enterprise applications.

• Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills:

• Ability to analyze complex business processes and propose effective, scalable solutions.

• Communication & Stakeholder Management:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to interact with senior stakeholders, business users, and technical teams.

• Project Management:

• Experience in planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery of projects.

• Collaboration:

• Strong team player with the ability to build long-term stakeholder relationships.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

• Experience in

  CMT domain projects

• Exposure to Agile / SAFe delivery models
• Understanding of change management and enterprise governance
