Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Business Analyst with 2–4 years of experience to join our team in Indore. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in preparing BRD, FRD, and technical documentation, along with hands-on experience using tools like Figma and Balsamiq for prototyping and wireframing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders
• Create clear and concise Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Requirement Documents (FRD)
• Work closely with technical and product teams to translate business needs into system requirements
• Develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes using Figma and Balsamiq
• Conduct gap analysis, stakeholder meetings, and requirement validation
• Support QA teams in UAT by reviewing test cases and scenarios
• Ensure documentation is up-to-date and aligned with project needs

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 2–4 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a software or product-based environment
• Strong expertise in creating BRD, FRD, and user stories
• Experience working with UI/UX design tools like Figma and Balsamiq
• Understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and prioritize tasks effectively

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
