Job Description for Senior Business Analyst - KAM Key Responsibilities Strategic Analysis: Understand and define business needs, manage related projects, and help stakeholders make informed decisions. Presales and proposal writing: Lead and oversee the lifecycle of business analysis activities, including defining scope, requirements, and deliverables. Requirement Gathering and Documentation: Gather, document, and analyze business requirements, ensuring they are clear, concise, and aligned with business needs. Solution Design and Implementation: Collaborate with technical teams, and ensure solutions meet business objectives. Stakeholder Management: Communicate effectively with stakeholders, manage expectations, and ensure alignment on project goals. Team Leadership: May oversee a team of business analysts, providing guidance, mentorship, and support. Problem Solving: Identify, analyze, and resolve complex business problems, proposing effective solutions. Skills required Strong analytical and problem-solving skills : Ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and develop solutions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills : Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders, both technical and non-technical, and manage expectations. Leadership and team management skills : Ability to lead and motivate a team, providing guidance and support. Knowledge of business analysis methodologies and techniques : Familiarity with various methodologies and techniques used in business analysis. Multi tasking and time management : Should be able to work in multiple priorities and able to move tasks towards closure within the expected timeline. Experience in BSFI or Healthcare in a service or consulting company is the need.
