Senior Business Analyst (HCM) - Full remote - contractor in USD

For an international project in Chennai, we are urgently looking for a Full Remote Senior Business Analyst for Talent and Performance Management,. The individual will play a crucial role in managing and delivering projects within these areas, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within scope while adhering to Agile principles and methodologies.

We are looking for a motivated contractor. Candidates need to be fluent in English.

Tasks and responsibilities:

• ❖ Business Analysis:

• Gather and prioritize requirements from stakeholders.

• Create and maintain user stories and acceptance criteria.

• Ensure that the development team understands the business needs and requirements.

• Implement quality control processes and procedures.

• Create Prototypes

• System and Integration Testing

• ❖ Agile Practices:

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

• Ensure that the team adheres to Agile principles and practices.

• Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the team.

• ❖ Communication and Stakeholder Management:

• Maintain clear and effective communication with stakeholders, project team members, and other relevant parties.

• Provide regular project updates and reports to stakeholders.

• Facilitate communication between stakeholders and the project team.

• ❖ Risk and Issue Management:

• Identify and resolve project issues and risks.

• Develop and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.

• Monitor and report on project risks and issues.

Profile:

• Bachelor or Master degree;
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis
• Demonstrated experience in managing projects within Human Capital Management
• Familiarity with Talent and Performance Management modules is preferred
• Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within scope
• Experience in facilitating Agile practices and ceremonies
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent in English;
